According to Performics, companies receive more than 87% of their traffic from their own business name keyword searches. The remaining 13% of their business name keyword searches… Are poached by their competitors !
Some competitors love to ride on your brand name. And since in many cases Google does not feel there’s a copyright infringement, you have to act accordingly. Don’t let your competitors snatch away your sales !
