Eric — The Voice Behind the French.

With 11 years in FR-CA translation and 20+ years in marketing, Eric bridges precision and persuasion.

Before launching Touché, he spent five years in academic research (linguistic planning, rhetorics and discourse analysis), which means he doesn’t just translate words — he understands how they shape decisions.

From there, his path moved through teaching French and English in Seoul, Ottawa, Montreal, and some Quebec Indigenous communities. This experience, combined with PR and copywriting work for North American health, IT, and entertainment brands, gives him a rare blend of cultural insight and commercial instinct.

And because curiosity never sleeps, he also picked up a partial Master’s scholarship and electives in programming, accounting, electronics, video editing, screenwriting, and even script coverage. In other words: if it involves information, he’ll decode it.


Jessica — The Finishing Touch.

While Eric shapes the voice, Jessica ensures every syllable is spotless. As our in-house quality guardian, she catches inconsistencies, polishes tone, and keeps every file aligned with your brand. Thanks to her, nothing leaves Touché unless it’s clean, clear, and confidently crafted.
