We called on Éric’s services as part of the development of WebSelf. We had no experience in marketing a mass-market product. Éric became involved in the project beyond a simple professional relationship. He clearly explained the basic concepts of marketing to us and produced a detailed report that was clear, well suited to our situation, and above all, very effective. We implemented several of his recommendations.
